DescriptionPrime de cooptationNon The client is looking for an experienced R2R FI Lead to oversee the end-to-end Record to Report process within the Financial Accounting (FI) domain. The role is part of a rollout project across the Nordics (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway) and requires strong leadership and financial expertise to manage a team of 12 FTEs. The mission runs until the end of February 2026, with a possible 1-month extension.
Missions: Lead and manage the complete R2R process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal financial policies. Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of financial statements. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial reviews. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in R2R operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tax, Treasury, FP&A) to ensure data integrity. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the R2R team.
