Missions: 1. Workstream Leadership & Governance • Lead the full L2C workstream across business, functional, and technical teams. • Define and manage the L2C workstream plan, scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies. • Facilitate design workshops, decision boards, and cross functional alignment with OTC, P2P, R2R, Finance, and Data teams. • Ensure governance adherence, including project methodology (e.g., SAP Activate). 2. Process & Solution Architecture • Own and define the end-to-end Lead to Cash process architecture, including integration with CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, Billing, Finance, and external systems. • Translate business requirements into S/4HANA configuration and solution design, ensuring standardization and fit to standard adoption where possible. • Oversee creation of target business process flows, solution designs, and functional specifications. 3. SAP S/4HANA Expertise Areas typically covered include: • Sales Order Management • Pricing & Conditions • Availability Check (ATP) • Delivery & Logistics Execution • Billing (FI AR, SD Billing, Convergent if applicable) • Revenue Recognition (RAR) • Credit Management • Integration to CRM/CPQ, middleware, and external systems • Master data dependencies (Business Partner, Materials, Pricing Master) 4. Stakeholder & Business Engagement • Act as primary L2C advisor to process owners, business leads, and operational stakeholders. • Challenge requirements constructively to ensure alignment with the target operating model. • Drive business readiness activities: training, process adoption, cutover support, and hypercare. 5. Quality Assurance & Delivery • Review and validate all L2C deliverables: process documents, configuration, test scripts, integrations, and data mappings. • Oversee system testing (SIT/UAT): scope, execution, defect triage, and closure. • Manage cutover planning for L2C activities (order migration, billing transition, credit setup, etc.). 6. Integration & Cross-Workstream Alignment • Ensure seamless integration of L2C processes with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, CRM, and Analytics. • Collaborate with the Data & Migration team on data objects such as Customers, Condition Records, and Open Orders. • Support security roles, authorizations, and compliance topics. Technical environment: 8–12+ years SAP experience with a strong focus on Lead to Cash / Order to Cash. At least one full-cycle S/4HANA transformation, ideally in a lead or architect role. Deep knowledge of SAP SD, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, and integrations. Experience with SAP Activate, agile delivery methods, and large enterprise programs. Strong communication and leadership skills, comfortable managing global stakeholders. Fluent English Location: 2 days on Toulouse client site every 2 weeks and the rest remote |
